Pvc Tarpaulin in Roll   The material comprises a stable woven Polyester Fabric coated on both sides with PVC. Weave density and material, combined with the quantity of PVC, determine the quality and strength of the Finished Tarpaulin.   Hai Ben PVC Coated Tarpaulin is produced by digital control coating machine which composited PVC paste on polyester fiber substrate by roller coating, then it is heated by temperature regulating device and pressed on the tarpaulin accurately, cooling to be finished product afterward.
